Assistant Finance & Accounting Manager

• Assist to deliver financial accounting, control, analysis, reports, and ensure regulatory compliance by maintaining a robust financial control environment, for Finance and Accounting
• Responsible for coordination and development of budgets, plans, forecasts and analysis
• Responsible for management and statutory reporting, including compliance with State Bank and other local authorities
• Assist to maintain and continuously improve internal controls and policies and procedures
• Attract, develop and retain people with the skills and motivation to continuously provide the best in class service
• Assist in related areas of cash handling, accounts payable, asset registers, bank relations and audit
• To undertake other tasks as and when assigned by Head of Group/ Dept. Head.

• Finance & Accounting/Banking University Degree
• Chief Accountants certificate
• Three years of relevant working experience in Accounting at a Bank or Finance Company
• Deep understanding of accounting in Banking sector
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
• Proficiency in M.S Office and Sun System
• Ability to work under high pressure
