Mô tả công việc
• In partnership with Director of Departments, provide the Talent &Culture leadership and strategic direction including creating and implementing best practices that support Novotel strategy.
• Assist in the daily smooth running of the Talent & Culture Department.
• Assist to ensure the T&C Department conforms to the policies and procedures as laid out by law and management with a high standard operating system
• Assist in implementing Associate Learning & Development programs in the Hotel.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University graduate in Human Resources.
- At least 2 years experience in the same capacity preferably in International Hotels
- Pre-opening experience is a priority.
- A strong understanding of Vietnam labor and employment law.
- Good English skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of talent.
- Good team working skills and able to work effectively and contribute in a team.
- Good organization skills.
- Good communication skills in English.
