Assistant Director of Finance Bussiness Partner

Resolve all problems in the Accounting department as instructed by the Director of Finance.
Verify that the accounting and other related department operations are being performed according to hotel procedures. Advise the Director of Finance in ways of improving the system for those procedures, which have flaws or do not function efficiently.
Assist the Director of Finance in preparing the fiscal years budget. Prepare the initial drafts for A&G payroll and overhead expense budgets.
Prepare records of all insurance policies and update all information.
Review the employee work hour reports and approved overtime reports for each department submitted by the Paymaster for accuracy and authenticity of the numbers.
Other duties as required by the Director of Finance.
Agree the credit card totals for each type of credit card and the credit card sales voucher totals with the Accounts Receivable Schedule circulated by the Income Auditor.
Verify credit card numbers on sales slips are legibly printed and that credit limits and card expiration dates agree with those so authorized.
Review the daily revenue report prepared by the Income Auditor.
Verify the journals and journal vouchers are recorded and accurate.
Verify the G/L and sub-ledger bookings are accurate. Also, verify the G/L and sub ledger balances agree.
Verify balances in the account details agree to the G/L and S/L balances.

University graduate with major in Accounting is preferred
Accounting trainings in college or CPA firm
Qualified member or finalist of public accounting bodies
6 years+ working experience in international class hotel’s Accounting Department
