Location: Hồ Chí Minh, Hà Nội
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and set sales targets for sales office/area
- Implement strategic and business action plans for sales office/area
- Provide support in the control and monitoring of agency compliance
- Work with other departments to get supports for agency
- Provide appropriate advices, information and supports to agency force
- Recommend product changes and strategic action
- Manage succession planning of the responsible area by reviewing and identifying potential successors, further to implement training and development activities to ensure planning is effective

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University graduate with 5 years experience and above, preferably economics
- Basic agency training and resources management skills
- Responsibility and problem solver in life insurance industry
- Strong leadership ability
- Excellent presentation, communication, management and people skills
