Assistant Collection Quality Control Manager

- Manage collection quality team & execute collection quality review to ensure the collection activities are properly followed by the relevant departments;
- Develop checking scope, sampling rules, errors and allocate to team members, include: Tele collection, field collection, checking and visiting external agencies.
- Training new comers or existing staff on changes to be sure tasks assigned are carried out within turnaround time.
- Consolidate results and communicate with Collection team, prepare and summary report for management
- Planning and briefing the Visiting Agency Report
- Propose, monitor policy/process to reduce errors, enhance collection effectiveness
- Meeting/training to Collection on common, emerging issues.

- 3-4 years of work experience in either of Credit Quality Control and Collection.
- Previous experience with banking industry or consumer lending is essential
- Banking/ Financial Service/ Consumer Finance
- Good problem solving ability
- Good Vietnamese & English communication skills
- Should have managed a team of at least 4-5 people
- Ability to work without full-time supervision
- Team management & stakeholder management
- Good at Microsoft office (excel)
