Mô tả công việc
1. Meet with stakeholders to determine brand objectives and strategies
2. Work closely with agencies (Advertising, Digital, Detailing Ads, PR etc) to execute build TVC tag-on, Digital assets, HCP Detailing Ads, POSM.
3. Keep track on sales daily to understand market trends and quick actions for push sales.
4. Support BM to research & study consumer insights and market trends for product innovation, write product concepts and plan for brand communication.
5. Manage all brand properties like website, SEO, SEM campaign microsite, mobile app, facebook fanpage, forum seeding, eDm .., ensuring that content and functions is up-to-date and maintained;
6. Help develop and optimize marketing campaigns (product launching and promotion)
7. Identify solutions and make recommendations to improve effectiveness based on performance monitor
8. Coordinate sales, Research team, R&D team to develop new products.
9. Track budgets with an eye towards maximizing gains and reducing costs
10. Analyze industry, competition and market trends

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Proven experience as an Assistant Brand Manager (at least 2 year at the same level)
• Capacity of project management and brand, trade marketing & e-commerce understanding
• Knowledge of product, pricing, packaging, distribution and positioning
• Familiarity with latest marketing trends and best practices, especially in fashion market
• Ability to conduct research and analyze data
• Organizational skills, experience meeting tight deadlines
• Professional Communication skill, Negotiation skill, Problem Solving skill,
• Time Management, Teamwork & Support
• Results-driven attitude
• A creative mindset
• BA in Marketing, Communication
• Good English in writing and speaking
