Mô tả công việc
• Coach and train a passionate, young dedicated team ensuring they are performing to the best of their abilities at all times.
• Maintain the highest of service standards at all times.
• Manage the front of house, walk the bar floor and engage the customers to make them feel welcome and ensure that their needs are being properly attended too
• Responsible for team scheduling and ensure the numbers are balanced for average days to large events
• Routinely monitor the messages that come in on Facebook and address the customers requests.
• Liaise with customers on events requests and manage the arrangements,
• Oversee the planning and execution of events and liaise with the kitchen
• Ensure the team are at work on time, check the check in and out times
• Check the cash at the end of every shift ensure there are no anomalies and put the cash in the safe. If anomalies are found investigate the situation and report back to the Bar Operations Manager and/or Chief Accountant.
• Ensure all discounts are valid and signed off.
• As a startup we expect all staff to be flexible and help out as needed as their roles grow and develop with the rapid growth of the company

• A minimum of 3 years of experience managing large (multi story, multifunction) bars and teams of 20+ staff
• A people focused manager that is capable of leading a young, enthusiastic, energetic and dynamic team
• Motivated person with a wish to grow and learn constantly
• A 'can do' approach
• Analytical, solutions oriented, adaptable and fact based
• Excellent at organization, time management and prioritization skills
• Customer service focused
• willing to put in the time needed to get the job done
• A people person that enjoys working with others
• A smart creative problem solver that works well as part of a team

Everything should be well kept and clean. The staff should always be dressed in works shirts and respectable other clothing.
