Mô tả công việc
• Review, (and consolidate), all Fund accounting with Apex Fund Services on a monthly
basis
• Review Quarterly Investor Unit Pricing with Apex Fund Services, including investor unit
price statements
- Prepare Quarterly Capital Call cash flow requirements
- Prepare Quarterly Capital Call notices with Apex
- Support the Financial Controller and CFO
- Collaborating with other teams in the Group to work on various accounting
projects o Performing reconciliations of accounts
- Oversee payments and invoices accurately and within expected time periods
- Verifying financial statements, management accounts, ledgers and accounts and
making corrections where appropriate Preparing profit and loss accounts

- Preparing GST/VAT return o Assisting with preparing the yearly budget o Taking
minutes in meetings and other administrative duties

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Relevant qualifications in accounting and/or finance (CPA/CA qualified or willingness to study CPA/CA preferred);
- High attention to detail;
- Understand the importance of confidentiality;
- Excellent written and communication skills;
- Strong problem solving skills;
- Show initiative in suggesting process improvements - questioning not accepting;
- Ability to deliver accurate and timely work in accordance with deadlines;
- A team player and also able to work independently; and
- Intellectual curiosity and the drive to improve and grow The Company’s business
