Key responsibilities
- To provide a complete Key Account experience through increased level of professionalism, knowledge and attention.
- To proactively seek sales opportunities and create growth to achieve the long term sales objectives for the company business in Vietnam
Key tasks
• To create and support increased level of proactive sales marketing for assigned customers
• To manage and grow the local small to medium accounts on volume with better profitability
• To utilize & ensure timely updating of sales forecast and CRM software to create and follow a planned approach to ensure that tasks are done and sales objectives are met
• To prepare quotation and specifications in the most prompt, accurate and competitive manner
• To ensure proper communication to relevant functions inside the organization to minimize mistakes and the need for credit notes
• To build up an in-depth knowledge on all the assigned customers to ensure that we position ourselves correctly to fulfil the sales objectives
• To distribute knowledge, share experience and information to colleagues to create teamwork and a team atmosphere in the company
Key Success Criteria’s / KPIs
• Revenue & Gross Profit
• Account receivables
• Customer base or market coverage
• Customer Satisfaction
To be revised on a yearly basis, in line with the company objectives

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor in a relevant discipline, plus min 3-year experience in similar position in protective and/or marine industry.
• Close relationships with potential customers and local authorities, especially in oil & gas and marine segments
• Good understanding market in Vung Tau area is an advantage.
• Good written/oral English
• Computer literate, including CRM system
• Sales/ TSD experience in Protective and/or Marine Coating is an advantage.
• NACE / FROSIO is an advantage
• Close relationships with potential customers and local authorities, especially in oil & gas and marine segments
• Good understanding market in Vung Tau area is an advantage.
• Good written/oral English
• Computer literate, including CRM system
• Sales/ TSD experience in Protective and/or Marine Coating is an advantage.
