Assistance Manager of Production and Material Control Group

1) General supervision of daily management operations (production planning, process management, material management).
2) Management and guidance for the following production management operations.
3) Plan production plans based on demand and project information
4) Based on the short-term production plan, develop a detailed input plan and develop a shipping plan according to the production capacity of the factory.
5) Monitoring and adjustment of production progress against the input plan.
6) Adjust production capacity with factory based on mid-term production plan.
7) Material replenishment management based on production plan.
8) In accordance with factory production, materials are dispensed from the warehouse and supplied to the factory.
9) Warehouse asset management.
10) Aggregation of production and warehouse assets.
11) Order processing from Japan

1) Educational background: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
2) Candidates with English and Japanese speaking skills is advantages
3) Proficiency in Excel Office software.
4) Have working experience for a Japanese manufacturer for more than 3 years and have experience in production management.
5) Experience as manager. (Not necessarily the production management department)
6) Exchanges daily information with Japanese manufacturing bases.
7) Have knowledge of production planning, process management and material management.
8) The work load can be adjusted with other departments (factories, logistics departments).

Note:
For applicants who live in Hanoi, the Company will arrange shuttle buses at the pick-up points from Hanoi to the factory in Vinh Phuc Province and in the opposite.
