Job Purpose:
Provides analytics and predictive recommendations to IO COE and Collection. Also, prepares predictive instructions for work distribution/resource utilization to enable timely and effective capacity planning. This role will ensure the maximum efficiency and utilization of our field workforce, their tools and other resources needed to enable the Collection Work.
Job Responsibilities:
• Participates in the planning & securing (hiring/procurement ) processes for both human & tools
• On daily basis, manages the new and replacement process (off boarding/onboarding or Scrap ) for both human (due to hiring, attrition, availability changes) & tools (due to defects, theft or breakage)
• Ensures accurate data in all relevant CDAR modules
• Processes new resources / new project / new audit information (in appropriate C-DAR tool), including resource requirements (human & tools)
• Administers the process for expenses & timesheet of all human resources
• Secures the new resource ID generation with HR (email, SAP and any other ID as per local requirements)
• Coordinates with SME or Collection team on the upload of appropriate training documents to the system/training module including translations
• Coordinates with Collection team to identify the training needs
• Plans training delivery with Collection Work Preparation and planning & scheduling teams
• Arranges budget and contractual requirements for development, translation, and delivery of any training (in liaison with Collection Work Preparation, who delivers the training)
• For all local IO COE or collection associates, performs end-to-end assets administration as needed (including registration, software installation, distribution, updates and repair/return, for all CDAR modules)
In summary: this role would take care of ASSETS in our team:
• Ensure the accuracy of database-related device
• Provide device utilization analysis to leaders
• Ensure compliance of onboarding/offboarding process
• Coordinate on repairment of defect and broken device with the delivery team
• Trigger purchasing/repairment based on utilization report

Yêu cầu ứng viên
MUST HAVE:
• Communication skills (both verbal & written in English)
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding about the equipment maintenance in general to perform end-to-end assets administration as needed (including registration, software installation, distribution, updates and repair/return, for all CDAR modules)
• Total experience: 3+ years in a similar position
