Mô tả công việc
Assistant to Cruise Manager is responsible to assist Cruise Manager and General Manager for the daily cruise operation. Most of the time, the ACM stay on boat to take care of the guests and managing the internal operation, to ensure on-going optimum guest satisfaction and profitability.
Location: President Cruise, Tuan Chau, Quang Ninh

Main duty:
- Communicate with the guests from their check-in to check-out time
- Deal with the special request, handle complaints and difficult guests
- Control the order and inventory
- Inspect and check the whole cruise to make sure that it is ready to welcome the guest
- Manage the team for accurate duty roster and tasks assignment
- Deliver the message from the BOD to the staff properly
- Coordinate with sales/reservation team for the special request and occupancy forecast
- Daily/ weekly/ monthly report to manager...
