Asia Tours Operations Officer

The Dragon Trip is a leading adventure and educational tour provider (DMC) for foreign travelers in China, Japan, Southeast Asia and Europe. The company focuses on showing the Real side of these countries by providing adventurous tours for young people and educational excursions for students. The company has offices in London, Shanghai, Boston and Ho Chi Minh City.

We are now looking for an officer to join our Adventure Tours Division located in Ho chi Minh City. The role will be mainly focused on research and assisting the operations officers and client liaison officers with their tasks. This position is suitable for those are patient and meticulous, friendly and service-orientated and enjoy working in an international environment.

Responsibilities
• Assist client officers with tasks such as the following:
- Financial tasks such as tracking payments from customers, issuing invoices and issuing receipts.
- Doing research to help the client officers answer customers questions correctly and in a timely manner.
- Help prepare all necessary materials prior to departure, e.g. Passenger lists, medical information.
• Assist operations officers with tasks such as the following:
- Tracking payments to suppliers.
- Making bookings with suppliers.
- Passing information over to suppliers.
- Collating trip costs.
- Research new itineraries.
• Assist in handling all trip problems and emergencies.

• Fluent English spoken and written skills
• Willing to take challenges, hardworking, positive and cautious.
• Responsible, outgoing and good communication skills.
• Strong organization skills, eye for details and ability to implement working processes.
• Enjoy an international working environment.
• Basic Microsoft office skills.
