Mô tả công việc
The Asia Technical team is responsible for:
▪ Development of feed specifications in relation with local formulation team
▪ Proposal of the development axes for the species monitored (new technical concepts and products)
▪ Supervision of the follow-up of the results (technical and economic) of the productions followed; this implies, if necessary, access to all technical data (land results, industrial technical data - production maps, etc.)
▪ Organize technical topics about feed and animal production to be presented to the market
▪ Organize and train the local technical team in charge of farm management support for feedmills or farmers
▪ Ensure the technical knowledge is transferred to commercial teams for business usage
▪ Propose themes of research to global R&D team

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Master Degree in Animal Nutrition, Animal Science or comparable qualification with international experience in the animal nutrition & health industry
• Essential: a Proven track record of technical support work in animal husbandry or nutrition of the multi-species with a nutritional background
• High-degree of professionalism and prior experience in diet and feed development, feed formulation & nutrition
• Strong relational skills and ability to work in a team.
• Fluency in English and ideally a second language relevant in Asia such as Chinese
• Strong ability to present and communicate complex technical knowledge.
• Direct experience in providing nutritional consulting and/or support to large farms operation and feed mills across Asia
• Frequent business trips within the Asia zone are required
• Team management and extensive international and cross-cultural experience
