1. Position Identification:
Direct report to: Group Cost Controller Manager
Dotted line report to: CFO
Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
2. Company/ Context
The Company is the holding company of various companies in South East Asia carrying on the business of Destination Management Company (DMC). ASEV Travel Group - based in HCMC - is looking for a Cost Controller Executive with 1 to 2 years of experience; ideally within an international environment and used to working in English.
3. Position in the Organization
ASEV Travel Group - based in HCMC - is looking for a Cost Controller Executive with 1 to 2 years of experience; ideally within an international environment and used to working in English.
He/ She will be based in HCMC and will coordinate and work with the teams in Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand and Vietnam. He/ She will report to the Group Cost Controller Manager.
4. Mission & Main Objectives
He/ She will be responsible for the timely completion (and updates) of key business reference documents, which drive the business.
He/ She will also be responsible for the preparation of various monthly reports focused on business analysis and performance leading to action plans
He/ She must be very well organized, be keen on checking details, have strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills and be a quick conceptual thinker able to grasp ideas and communicate them effectively.
It is paramount to have a business analysis/ variance explanation mind-set and to be able to work quickly and efficiently under pressure condition.
He/ She must master Microsoft Office 360 and have developed an expertise using Excel, and ideally have some basic knowledge of Accounting
He/ She must be willing to join a start-up company, a young team for whom flexibility and dedication are among st ASEV Group values.
