Mô tả công việc
JOB PURPOSE
• To assist in consolidation of payment document for each payment proposals
• To create PR/PO for commercial sites
• To manage petty cash payment
• To maintain E-filling system
MAIN RESPONSIBILITES
• Consolidate invoice for scheduled payment proposal
• Scan documents to banks for oversea payments
• Checking & mapping documents for DSR & distributors incentives payment
• Collect & archive sales invoices
• Manage petty cash including planning cash out & in, update excel file to manage balance, payment in cash to employees, cash withdrawn from bank.
• Create PR/PO for commercial offices.
• Filling & scan documents for E-Filling system
• Other tasks assigned by line manager
• Accounts Payable management
• Monthly employee advance/ balance report

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Graduated from College/University – specialized in Finance & Accounting
• 1-2 years of experience in Accounting
• Good at English both in communication & written.
• Time management skills
