AS/400 Software Systems Support
• Act the 1st level support for core AS/400 software applications.
• Analyze software related requests, either development requests or modification/enhancement request.
• Participate in developing/programing and testing.
Systems Analyst
In performing alone or in team context the incumbent to
• Gather and analyze software program development requests.
• Translate and business requirements into IT technical specifications which is required for development or implementation.
• Formulate and define scope of project or work based on both user specification, own understanding of business needs, and information technology capability.
• Design, develop and implement software solution using platforms, language, tools which aligned corporate standards and/or IT industry development trend.
• Write basic documentations for installation and usage of software program or system such as guidelines, manuals, technical instructions.
• Act as 1st level support and/or first line support for software programs or systems being used in company. Troubleshoot and fix bugs in software programs.
• Act the 1st level support for core AS/400 software applications.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology.
- Over 2 years experience in Software Development, computer programming.
- About 2 years of relevant experience in Business Application Support in an AS/400 environment.
- Over 2 years of experience on AS400 programming (RPG & CL) and preferable AS400 functional operations.
- Experience on Java language and relevant technologies programming: desktop and web application programming is more preferred.
- Over 2 years experience in Software Development, computer programming.
- About 2 years of relevant experience in Business Application Support in an AS/400 environment.
- Over 2 years of experience on AS400 programming (RPG & CL) and preferable AS400 functional operations.
- Experience on Java language and relevant technologies programming: desktop and web application programming is more preferred.
