The Area Trade Manager primary function is to Planning Action Review and timely complete the task.
• Planning & developing Customer Marketing activities in the assigned area.
• Managing and supervising group leaders (UTM, Sup CAT, Sup TCT…) to achieve target assigned by the Customer Marketing Department
• Managing & training Customer Marketing Team, support the Sales Team to create demand and develop market in assigned area.
• Developing opportunities MKT in the research, analyzing sales data and market.
• Planning, developing and reviewing Promotion Program, Display Program and activities.
• Developing & implementing the branding campaign through the organization of the event.
• Building relationship with customers, exploring the needs and anticipating new opportunities.
• Handling issues relating to Sales Operation in the region within the given authority
• Accept and implement extra assignment related to the common goal of the Company
• Planning & developing Customer Marketing activities in the assigned area.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
-Bachelor Degree in Economics or related majors
-MUST: Experienced in Milk Industry/ FMCG business
-At least 5 years of Trade Consumer experience required, in which at least 2 years experience at Manager level with significant achievements in managing a large area and a team of 20 staffs;
-Technical Experience: Able to handle operation jobs achieve target through management skills such as planning & implementing programs, meeting, communication, negotiation, team work, customer service
-Leadership: Built and led a team to successfully deliver strong results; able to empower and align team members around common objectives and enable them to achieve the objectives
-MUST: Experienced in Milk Industry/ FMCG business
