Area Service Point Manager - North

Key Accountabilities
• Establish, operate and maintain an efficient retail network to maximize and sustain a steady revenue stream from service points
• Be responsible for the costs and revenues generated from a certain geographical area by increasing density and footfall of retail service centers
• Manage a team of “hunter” network executives that increase footprint across designated area
• Continuously improve, refresh and revitalize service point network to increase revenue
• Working jointly with Marketing to increase footfall at all service centers
• Work jointly with Operations to ensure smooth operational processes at service centers
• Identify and negotiate with retailers who have a large presence, no. of outlets or network of customers nationwide

• A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in sales or partnership development in the retail sector
• Knowledge and understanding of the retail trade from a service perspective (any industry)
• Knowledge of logistics/ express industry is an advantage (not mandatory)
• Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Bachelor Degree  in Business Management or a commercially oriented subject (eg MBA, Commercial, etc)
• Language: English - fluent
