Supervisor and Position (L+1): Sales Manager
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Creating successful & responsible team who will achieve sales targets consistently.
2. Ensuring successful implementation of products promotion strategies.
3. Compiling sales data and preparing monthly activity formats for the team
4. Weekly reporting about self and teams coverage
5. Conducting weekly, monthly sales & marketing reviews.
6. Coaching & guiding team to improve overall performance.
7. Creating sustainable relationship with KOL & KBL Doctors.
8. English speaking.

Eligibility:
Experience- Minimum 3 Years experience in supervisory role in Pharma Sales & Marketing
Edu / Exp Requirement: University Pharmacist / Doctor
The incumbent should –
• Be high in process orientation
• Should be able to coach, guide & motivate the team.
• Should have good product knowledge
• Collaborate with all key stakeholders
• Have experience & Oncology with good multinational & generic company
