Mô tả công việc
Principle Accountabilities:
- To organize and supervise a team of Medical Representatives to serve the health care professionals and para-medical professionals in the health centers / health stations and ensure the promotional activities are carried out as planned.
Reporting Relationship:
- Reporting to Regional Medical Sales & Marketing Manager
- Co-ordinate with Regional Medical Sales & Marketing Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Medical Representatives
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan all activities related to health centres / health stations over the assigned region, co-ordinate its implementation, monitor and report sales achievements
- Organize and monitor nutrition classes / prenatal classes for ladies who have children from 1 to 6 years old and pregnant ladies at health centres / health stations
- To be speaker for events at health centres / health stations
- Organize and check up all events at health stations over the assigned region
- Ensure the Medical Representatives perform the promotional activities are within the code of ethics at health stations
- Lead and field coaching with Medical Representatives at health centres / health stations
- Evaluate and report market activities, trends, developments and transformations.
- Recommend for consideration to develop the penetration to health stations / centres.
- Other tasks will be assigned by Regional Medical Sales & Marketing Manage

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in the field of medical sales/marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
- BS/MS Degree in Medicine/Pharmacy/Marketing or a related field
- Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills
- Candidate preferably has a combination of Medicine/Pharmacy background and marketing/sales experience
- Proven successful experience in driving big organizational changes (change management)
- Strong ability to influence others
- Strong analytical & strategic thinking
- Excellent interpersonal skill
- Proficient in English
