Mô tả công việc

*** Purpose / Key Responsibilities:
 To develop, lead, and drive the Sales team in a defined geographical area, ensuring high levels of achievement, engagement, personal development and a succession plan across all key areas and roles.
 To execute the FKB’s sales strategy, delivering regional profit, volume, and customer penetration numbers.
 To deliver the most effective route to market, via the management of an appropriate number of distributors, hospitals and treatment centres, etc. for the geographical area.

*** Major Duties & Responsibilities:
Job holder is required to fully perform all of the below mentioned tasks timely, correctly and completely:
 Setting up the sales force, plan, organize, direct and control sales team in dedicated area to meet these objectives
 Making every effort to maximize both present and long term sales and gross profits
 Fully achieve sales targets such as sales volume, turnover, coverage and market development
 Establish realistic sales objective and action plan monthly (primary and secondary) for the sales team with the consultant of Marketing and Sales Manager; and prepare sales forecast timely
 Plan, organize, lead and control the implementation of the tender, sales activities, sales projects, and other marketing programs within assigned territories
 Explore new areas both within existing territories as well as by expanding geographic coverage for sales development
 Monitor sales trends and competitors’ activities in the assigned territories
 Assign the territories to staffs and set-up the relevant individual sales target for staffs
 Monitor each medical rep’s daily performance and compare it with that month’s objective
 Leverage the market demands as well as the sales opportunities for the company
 Prepare in advance and conduct regular sales meetings
 Manage budget for all sales activities
 Coordinate, support and supervise all instruments tender/sales projects
 Support Marketing and Sales Manager to implement company's new sales strategies, including new selling prices, sales promotion, etc.
 Support Marketing and Sales Manager to collect and evaluate information in the market including competitors and competitive products
 Research about new product areas
 Implement promotions, incentives, and other tactical activities as required for the market in agreement with Marketing and Sales Manager
 Review the performance of the sales team and to motivate and stimulate them to further greater achievements
 Any tasks as assigned by Superior
 Integrity, discipline and follow company’s rule and policies

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, MBA is preferred

Experience
• Broad business and commercial understanding, high level communication, negotiation and influencing experience and the proven ability to develop excellent working relationships with a wide range of people both internally and externally
• At least 5 years Business Management experience minimum, including a demonstration of people management, and the delivery of budgeted performance results
• Proven leader able to motivate and inspire those working with them.
• Dynamic, adaptable, results-oriented approach.
• High level of initiative and integrity.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Skill:
• Highly developed leadership, development of people, customer focus, and business judgment skills.
• Experience of achieving results, driving change and establishing best practice through other people
• Ability to make independent decisions
• Working with and managing ambiguity
• Flexible in mindset
