Mô tả công việc
• Develop and implement a trade coverage plan for the area.
• Ensure that objectives in terms of availability, visibility, volume and customer price of
products are achieved for the area.
• Develop and implement an area operational plan in line with the regional operational plan.
• Coordinate implementation of brand and trade programmed in the area, quickly reacting
against competitive threats if necessary.
• Ability to drive efficiency through continues improvement on daily operations, such as reduce complicacy, set priority, or increase efficiency and minimize bad stock.
• Responsible for internal control and compliance procedures to comply with company policies & minimize risks.
• Ensure effective management of the ASMO financial accounts and assets to ensure that Trade Marketing & Distribution resources are secure and utilize productively according to company approved budgets and guidelines
• Manage and build close business relationship with key customers in the area.
• Manage, train, inform and motivate the TM&D Executive and Representative in order to deliver trade marketing and distribution activities that are superior to the competition.
• Propose goals and KPIs for the programmes implemented in the area and track ongoing results.
• Generate/ gather ideas from customers and consumers in order to enhance and customize trade programmes.
• Coordinate promotional activities through the regional promotions team while consistently follow up with the regional promotional team.
• Play as key implementer for training and development plan and make sure they would translate all learning to the daily operation.
• Leverage understanding of customers (retail and wholesale) / consumers to inform business decision through quickly identifying and seeking advantage for the business
• Undertakes a capability gap analysis and develops an appropriate training plan; provides the necessary coaching and support to ensure the skill and knowledge levels which exist within the team are relevant to the needs of the business and delivery of the plan.
