Mô tả công việc

1 Managing / Supervising / Training / Coaching sales teams to implement all policies / sales strategies to achieve sales commitment of in charge area
2 Drive and on the job train sales supervisors and sales representatives to make and maintain stock visibility dominantly in the 100% outlets in area in charge.
3 Recruit / manage / motivate sales supervisors and sales representatives, along with sales supervisors give clear and appropriate objectives including visibility requirement, sales commitment, route plans...
4 Monitor / maintain daily market visit to ensure compliance of company policy of sales team and distributor.
5 Appoint and develop distributor network across the area.
6 Report to Country Manager all activities of market feedbacks / competitors activities for business monitoring.
7 Complete daily and monthly sales report.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor Degree
• Must be fluent in English
• Very good computer skill
• Studied earlier from Economic University, Foreign Trade University, Polytechnic University, National University, etc. And started career any of the above company as Management Trainee is a Great Plus.
• Good interpersonal skill, problem solving skill, persuading, influencing and project management skill
• Working for Unilever, P&G, Pepsi, Coca Cola, Nestle, J&J, Orion, Lotte, BAT, Philip Morris etc
• Currently working as Supervisor, Executive, Territory Sales Manager, etc.
• At least 2 years in the same position.
• Age between 25 to 30 years and Should Have the Dream to be RSM by Next 2 to 3 years
