GENERAL DESCRIPTION
• Strong focus on interdisciplinary, perspective thinking and interaction departments/directors
• Conflict solving qualities and actively pursue finding solutions for arising problems
• Good observation skills of the matrix organization
• Like traveling
• Communication skills that will help you with the correspondence with Segment Directors
• Proactive, communicative and enjoy direct contact with customers and provides them with more than expected
• Understanding of the market environment for the global textile market and relevant key players
• Gears the departments systematically towards providing servicing for external and internal customer interest
• Analyze and explore the market, competition situation, trends, chances and able to make use of them for business purposes
• New market development
• Company representative towards stakeholders and attend to these in a confident manner
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Marketing – Account Management:
• Define and Implement sales strategies/targets
• Define measure and activities to achieve sales budgets
• Proactively promote the Südwolle Group products within Vietnam by taking participation in Fairs, brochures, internet presence and others
• Ensure (technical and commercial) support for the customers in Vietnam
• Improve sales channels structure, customer service and satisfaction in Vietnam and by processing complaints/claims
• Bring in new customers and additional market share with existing customers
• Initiate the development and test of new yarn
• Monitors payments/Collection; markets and competition
• Actively participates, develops and realizes market analysis and plans concepts (e.g. new articles and markets)
• Crossover aspects of products, customers, market segments
Responsible for P&L, Sales in Vietnam of Südwolle Group for certain Segments:
• Achieve Sales Budget and Profitability targets
• Monitoring and controlling costs, working capital (stocks, receivables, payables)
Administration:
• Reporting to the head offices in Germany and China
Responsibility for order processing in Vietnam:
• Coordination and monitoring processes of import goods and punctual deliveries
• Contact person for the local import broker, initiate import and organize payments for the broker
• General management tasks (prepare offers, correspondence with customers and head office, follow up of order handling incl. Shipment and invoicing)
• L/C processing if needed
Reporting:
• Regular reports to head office in regards to customer’s situations (order book, solvency, strategies and innovation…)
• Provide regular customer report visits in CRM
• Provide input to budget and rolling forecast

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• More than 5 years’ experience in a Managerial position (i.e. Sales Leader)
• Outgoing and communicative person with customer orientation
• Flexible and motivated personality with ability to work under stress
• Understanding of financials and technical aspects
• Hands on personality, not afraid of building a new organization in Vietnam if needed for certain segments
• Experience in working in the textile industry
• FLUENT in English (writing and speaking), Japanese is preferable
• Outgoing and communicative person with customer orientation
• Flexible and motivated personality with ability to work under stress
• Understanding of financials and technical aspects
• Hands on personality, not afraid of building a new organization in Vietnam if needed for certain segments
• Experience in working in the textile industry
• FLUENT in English (writing and speaking), Japanese is preferable
