Roles:
Lead sales team to deliver AOP target and executional KPIs at the assigned area
Sustain and develop distribution system in the development of traditional trade channel as part of the overall strategic plan and AOP objectives.
1. Business Development
- Propose yearly distribution network development plan within assigned area to implement the annual operating plan (AOP)
- Set and deliver clear objectives that are consistent with company goals to each Sales Supervisors.
- Build short-term & long-term developing plans in assigned area.
- Enhance sales & promotion activities & manage within agreed budget.
- Ensure clear communication about pricing and promotion to SS
- Drive distributors volume, share through specific growth initiatives in assigned area.
- Drive product availability and visibility through executional innitiatives in assigned area
- Review the distribution network quarterly to propose actions accordingly as terminating/setting up distributor, reducing/adding route, re-structuring routes to continuously improve sales efficiency
- Ensure area distributors performance in line with the signed contract."
2. Build Capability / Best Practice Tools
- Improve SS capability by frequent W*W, O*O & group meeting through coaching models to improve their skills.
- Coach SS on partnering skills with distributors to make sure they can perform well the task
- Develop channel Best Practice Tools and transfer to the team.
- Work with HRBP/Sales Cap Function to identify sales capability of SS to define the resource planning, performance review, training needs and build career development for the team."
3. Customer Development
- Sustain customers wiring, distribution execution & distributor growth plan
- Manage the performance Distributors on regular basic to achieve KPIs & planned target.
- Work with other functions (trade marketing/ GTM) to identify distributor targets and support sell-in/sell out.
- Manage distributors implementation/compliance of all systems, programs"
4. Strengthen Operation
- Provide clear direction on goals, roles and performance standards to the SS.
- Manage SS performance and take corrective actions to develop/improve as per SPVB guidelines/framework
- Ensure the effeciency of investing resources for distributors in the assigned areas.
- Ensure sales operation system in assigned area running properly.
- Ensure sustainance of TU tools & practices in the distributors operation within area.
- Manage the change within the area to cope with business needs
- Crisis management where necessary "
5. Asset Management
- Ensure the productivity of visicooler, TOT, racks allocation and investment in the asigned areas.
- Ensure installation approvals of visicoolers, racks, TOTs in line with company policies.
- Review reports about changed situations of assets precisely and OTIF"

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Education University/College graduate
- Functional expertise (experiences, functional skills) "Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Department. Experience at FMCG companies is a plus.
- Soft Skills Managerial skills, communication skills, problem solving skills, planning, planning skills, coaching skills
- Language Immediated English is advantage
- Computer Basic PC
- Other (if any) Self-driven, teamwork, discipline, high integrity
