Position summary: Develop overall business and organization in the assigned territory
Major Responsibilities
1. Business planning and execution
- Build up and maintain engaging customer network, maintain complete/ update/ accurate and on time customer database and execute effective customer relationship building activities. Customers are understood as: farmers, retailers and distributions (Or dealers)
- Conduct effective account penetration, account business planning and account management with selected distributors.
- Collaborate with MDO leader to develop robust territory field activity plan (including push and pull activities) on quarter basis to ensure deliver long terms and short terms business targets.
- Conduct objective setting (monthly, weekly), effectively deploy the objectives and activities plan to field force (ISP/MDO), track and follow up execution according to plan on regular basis (daily, weekly, monthly), ensure excellent execution against objectives and plans and deliver numbers days – in and days – out
- Provide on time, complete and reliable forecast for assigned territory.
- Collaborate with related internal functions and external parties to resolve execution issues including but not limited to order processing, credit, finance, operation (Inventory and delivery), HR and legal local permission.
2. Budget management
- Manage the execution and ensure spending (Including but not limited to company asset use, marketing budget, sales promotion budget and others) is on right purpose and within approved budget.
- Ensure complete, on time and accurate Payment request claims and follow through on time and accurate reimbursement to customers according to aligned plan and deadlines.
3. Organization
- Provide effective and sufficient training and coaching to develop field force capability
- Work closely with, provide on time support and meaningful encouragement and feedbacks to motivate field force and build strong culture of ownership and can-do attitude
- Enable and facilitate for strong collaboration along team members and build a united and winning team.
- Maintain high ethical and strong core value execution among field sales organization.
- Recruit and structure field sales organization at assigned territory to deliver best business outcome.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Experience in agriculture business, 2 years in the same position
- Experience in B2B sales in preferable
- Comfortable with written business English, with basic spoken English.
