Mô tả công việc
- Reporting to: Country Sales Manager
- Location: Residence North Vietnam, preferable Hanoi or Haiphong
1. JD
- Sales and Marketing Zahonero Vietnam and Z-Group products to new and existing customers.
- Budgeting/pricing/branding in competitive market
- Channel supervision through distributor/agents
- Support with MKT intel, planning and MKT development
- Market projections and threats
- Support implementation sales and marketing strategies in the assigned area
- Reach targets and objectives set for its assigned area
- Work with CRM tools and other sales/ adm tools
- Maintain, develop, build-up relationship with existing and potential customers.
- Location: Residence North Vietnam, preferable Hanoi or Haiphong

2.1 Specific Requirement
- Proven experience of sales of footwear components to shoe factories located within the assigned region
- Proven sales achievements
- Possess its own network/in-dept knowledge of Footwear Market in its assigned region
- Own network of high value individuals in the footwear industry: key players, decision makers, influences.
- Basic knowledge about shoe construction/manufacturing process.
2.2. Incumbent
- education background: University graduate (areas of interest business, marketing, administration)
- Language skills: Vietnamese fluent, English written/spoken proficient, Chinese mandarin a plus
- Computer skills: pro-efficiency with Microsoft windows, social feeds, CRM
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, presentation skills, negotiation skills, relationship building skills.
- Motivated, comfortable working in a competitive environment
- Result Oriented, business acumen
2.3 Other
- Male or female (preferable make)
- Must have its own vehicle for working (preferable a car)
- Available for travels and overnights stands
- Great sense of responsibility, performance
- Availability: immediate
- Work independently with great sense of responsibility
- Contract with exclusive terms (no other business activity)
