Mô tả công việc
The incumbent will perform the following duties and responsibilities:
1. Take care 04 categories of Panasonic
- Quarterly estimating POP's budget and making POP plan
- Manage the POSM stock in warehouse
2. Manage a team of Consumer Electronic Sales Representatives (30 people)
- Daily check and solve all issues and support for all Sales Representatives
- Follow and report to Management Board
- Track and take care monthly payroll
- Make report of display, POP to Head and Sales side
- Check display campaign and prepare documents for settlement
3. Lead team of New Shop Opening Preparation
- Create and Pilot all the display guideline
- Support others as Manager's requests

- University graduation
- Relevant experiences in field force
- Good attitude at work, eager to learning new things
- Good at Powerpoint & Excel skills
- Good at presentation & English communication skills
- Ready for business trip
