Quantity: 01
- Manage activities of Architecture Team.
- Control quality of architecture and concept design.
- Take responsibility to make plan, timeline projects.
- Organize and coordinate other staffs to develop projects.
- Cooperate with related technical teams such as: Construction, MEP, QS, etc.
- Work with the Clients, talker-holder consultants, contractors to solve the issues.
- Advise and complete design documents to handle with legal/ law, etc…
- Work with government office about requirements of standards, codes related to project design
- Training and build up the human capacity of Architecture team
- Report to the team activities to design Director.
- Any other works as assigned by Board of Director.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree in design/ Architecture University.
- Experience: over 7-10 years for the same position.
- Good English (4 skills).
- Good communication skill, self-confidence, enthusiasm, hard-working, careful and responsible, team work.
- Have design experience in all project types, especially in high building projects/ township/ smarts city.
- Have experience to work with foreign Client/ Consultants/ Projects.
- Good organized skill, management skill.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD/ Photoshop/ 3D Max/ Sketch-Up/ PowerPoint/ Microsoft Project, etc..
- CV must be in English with portrait photo and qualification.
- When interview, please bring your portfolio or sketch/drawings/perspective for the projects done before.
