Report to: Team Leader and Director/Associate of Studio 3
Salary: from 12mil VND upward

** Duties:
• General description:
Create building designs for new projects, alterations and re-development of existing projects or or advising on the restoration and conservation of old properties.
• Details duties:
 Checking and evaluating dossiers architectural design of the project; hosted and protected design plans with investors;
 Be responsible for producing solution, concept design, architecture drawings and tabulations at all design stages (deployment plan, basic design, construction design, explanation of design and project);
 Guide design engineers, draftsman or directly carried out the design ideas with illustrations and detailed drawings;
 Coordinate with project members include Architect, Engineer, Draftsman to test & ensure the technical standards as well as the aesthetics of drawings;
 Making records and lists required of document and drawings to serve the task with government departments and other relevant units (monitoring units, construction units, ...);
 Search and select the materials to use for the project (if required);
 Supervise the design, construction supervision (if required), to ensure the quality of projects;
 Prepare reports as needed;
 Perform other work arising at the request of manager.

Thiết kế cho các dự án mới, sửa đổi và tái phát triển dự án hiện có hoặc tư vấn phục hồi và bảo tồn dự án cũ.
• Mô tả chi tiết:
 Kiểm tra và thẩm định hồ sơ thiết kế kiến trúc của dự án; chủ trì và bảo vệ phương án thiết kế trước chủ đầu tư;
 Đưa ra các giải pháp, chịu trách nhiệm thiết kế ý tưởng và các bản vẽ kiến trúc ở tất cả các giai đoạn (triển khai phương án, thiết kế cơ sở, thiết kế bản vẽ thi công, thuyết minh thiết kế và dự án);
 Hướng dẫn kỹ sư thiết kế, họa viên hoặc trực tiếp triển khai ý tưởng thiết kế bằng hình ảnh minh họa và bản vẽ chi tiết;
 Phối hợp với các thành viên thuộc dự án bao gồm Kiến trúc sư, Kỹ sư, Họa viên để kiểm tra & đảm bảo các tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật & mỹ thuật của các hồ sơ thiết kế, các bản vẽ chi tiết trong hạng mục được phân công;
 Lập hồ sơ, danh mục cần thiết để phục vụ công tác làm việc với Ban, ngành, sở, đơn vị liên quan (đơn vị giám sát, đơn vị thi công…);
 Tìm kiếm và lựa chọn chủng loại vật liệu để sử dụng cho công trình (nếu được yêu cầu);
 Giám sát thiết kế, giám sát thi công (nếu được yêu cầu), đảm bảo chất lượng công trình;
 Lập báo cáo khi cần;
 Thực hiện các công việc phát sinh khác theo yêu cầu của Quản lý trực tiếp.

** Requirements:
• Skills and Specifications:
 Proficiency with computer-aided design: AutoCAD, 3D Studio, Photoshop, Sketchup, Vray, Revit;
 Sense of responsibility;
 Able to work overtime, under pressure of deadline;
 Basic English in communication and reading skills.
• Education and Qualifications
 01 years and above of experience within the field of Architecture in foreign companies.
 Bachelor of Architecture, priority for candidate with a practicing certificate.

• Kỹ năng:
 Sử dụng thành thạo các phần mềm chuyên ngành: (AutoCAD, 3D Studio, Photoshop, Sketchup, Vray, Revit;
 Có tinh thần trách nhiệm;
 Có khả năng làm việc dưới áp lực về tiến độ, có thể làm thêm ngoài giờ;
 Tiếng Anh giao tiếp cơ bản.
• Kinh nghiệm và Bằng cấp:
 01 năm kinh nghiệm trở lên, ưu tiên các ứng viên đã làm việc tại Công ty có yếu tố nước ngoài hoặc đã từng tham gia thiết kế chính;
 Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Kiến trúc, ưu tiên ứng viên có chứng chỉ hành nghề.
