1. Architectural design for residential
Search and nominate potential architectural design firm
Manage architectural design including design service work with architectural design firm
Get planning and design approval
2. Set up internal strategy for product planning and architectural design
Monitor real estate market
Monitor customer’s needs and adjust existing Design
Follow up the design & layout trend in Vietnam
3. Report and documentation
4. Update relevant legal regulation to advise project manager

Education and Specialization:
• At least, Bachelor degree in Architecture
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design, consulting of residential project.
• Knows how to work with official Government dept.
• Knows how to assess needs, advise and support.
• Strong communication and organization skills.

Language: Fluency in both oral and written (English or Korean)

Computer: Skill for Auto CAD, MS-Project, Powerpoint, Word, and Excel.

Personal capabilities:
• Being honest, meticulous.
• Hard-working, Activeness.
• Having good health.
• Have self-control (stress, anxiety, pressure, anger, etc.).
• Ability to work in a team environment.
