Mô tả công việc
• Making concept design and urban planning
• Producing high-quality accurate architectural drawings & construction documents from sketch plans, marked drawings and tender documents by using specialist computer-aided design applications;
• Working closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologists;
• Travelling to building sites, proposed locations and client meetings if required.
• Other related tasks as required by the Board of Management.
• Construction Supervision

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Graduated from universities: civil engineering, architecture or other similar education;
• Having at least 5 years of related experience;
• Possessing good knowledge of Vietnamese laws, regulations, standards available for design and construction work;
• Knowing well and having extensive experience in urban design and architectural, construction administration projects for drafting works of office and residential buildings for technical design and Working drawings with Architectural details etc.;
• Knowing well on Vietnam Architecture and Urban standard
• Being capable of producing architectural drawings & construction documents;
• Having basic understanding and communication of English;
• Being able to use Auto-Cad both 2D and 3D fluently, Photoshop, Corel, Microsoft Excel, Words, Power point;
• Excellent creation and innovation skills
• Possessing an architect license is preferred
