Mô tả công việc
1. Support In-house Design Tasks;
- Feasibility Study
- Prepare drawings, specifications, check regulations
- Survey of relevant data including materials and companies
- Preparation of Tender Documents, Value Engineering, Variation Order, Support trouble shooting at Site
- Documentation
2. Managing coordination throughout design tasks.
3. Knowledge /experience of permit works
4. Estimate design level of effort, meet milestone schedule deliverables, etc.

General requirements:
• At least, Bachelor degree in Architecture.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Fluency in both oral and written (English).
• Korean will be helpful.
• Skill for Rendering Programe such as 3D Studio max, Lumion 3D Rendering, Revit, Sketchup, Auto CAD, Powerpoint, Word, and Excel…
Staff:
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (Please indicate project names and roles)
Assistant Manager/ Manager:
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience (Please indicate project names and roles)
• General understanding of Architecture requirements
• Knows how to plan and organize own work to meet deadlines.
• Ability to lead and communicate with a wide range of Design Company and Consultants.
• Practitioner Certificate in Architecture Design
