Architect

Position purpose
- This position is to do the design, documentation and presentation of architectural design from design to construction to meet the client’s requirement.

Job Responsibilities
- To be familiar with the best practice and relevant Vietnamese and international design standards.
- To complete design studies, design reports, designs, technical specifications, cost estimates and other design functions as required by the Company.
- At each stage of the designs, work with internal departments (MEP, C&S, QS) to provide reports, presentation to clients, documents needed for authority approval (Firefighting, …), construction specifications and third party review.
- To establish and maintain regular meetings with client representatives to agree priorities, establish work programmes and report progress.

Job Requirement
- Good technical knowledge of the Vietnamese construction industry, local and international standards and codes
- University Degree with relevant in Architecture
- At least 2~5 years of working experience or above
- Having practicing license or professional registration is an advantage
- Having knowledge on using revit, autocad
- Team work, good communication skill, well-organized
- Ability to work under high pressure
- Fluently English in compulsory
