• Architectural design of Projects according to International and Local standards
• Conceptualisation of Clients brief
• Design co-ordination with engineering disciplines
• Preparation of and compliance with the systems laid down in the Company quality control system aimed at ISO 9000.
• Detailing architectural principle
• Architect Team management and supervision
• Drafting of minutes, correspondence etc.
• Reviewing contractors and suppliers shop drawings
• Processing and replying to Contractors ‘Requests for Information’
• Transmission of Drawings, documents and keeping of records
• Reviewing of contractor proposed materials and equipment
• Architect staff performance assessment
• Organisation of printing of promotional materials, brochures etc
• Maintain and update material database
• Performing other duties as assigned by directors

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• University degree
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Expertise in using Photoshop. AutoCAD 2D
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Revit experience is an advantage
