** Architect **
- Make the design from the bidding stage until the project is completed under the management of the team leader with various types of projects: industrial, civil and public works.
- Implement concept design, basic design, construction drawings and other tasks as assigned by superiors.
- Work directly with site engineers, subcontractors.
- Check the construction site periodically during the construction period.

** 3D Operator/ Đồ Họa Viên 3D **
• Render perspective 3D interior and exterior construction drawings; videos for architectural projects through tools.
• Produce accurate and high-quality work;
• Ensure deadlines are met and work effectively under pressure;

** Architect **
- Male or Female from 23 to 26 years old
- Graduated from a relevant University (High GPA is a plus.)
- Around 1 year of architecture design experience
- Understand detailed construction drawings and structures
- Proficiency in Auto CAD software, 3D-Max of Sketch-up, Photoshop ...
- Ability to communicate in English
- Self-motivated, disciplines, performance-driven and able to work in a team or independently;

** 3D Operator/ Đồ Họa Viên 3D **

• Graduation from relevant Universities;
• High proficiency in using 3Ds MAX, V-Ray, SketchUp, Lumion, PowerPoint, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Having at least one year of experience of making perspectives and animations
• To be able to read and understand the technical drawings
• Ability to communicate in English
• Self-motivated, disciplines, performance-driven and able to work in a team or independently;
