Mô tả công việc
1) AP handling
- AP scaning and follw up coding
- Checking and follow up documents
- Review vendor’s confirmation
- Monthly reconciliation and review the AP account
- Monthly GRIR accounts reconciliation
- Perform AP Period End Closing Activities including managing open item accounts and open balance
- Other issues related to AP
2) AR handling
- Billing processing (including invoice processing) for sale transactions
- Reconcile Excise Duty and VAT (output) sale invoices monthly
- Perform AR Period End Closing Activities including managing open item accounts and open balance
- Ensure that sale documents are filed in compliance with record retention policy
- Preparation of internal management accounting reports for Trading Branch.
- Miscellaneous tasks as required by Finance team such as maintain master data for NeO approval/PO/STO release /customer and resolve AR-related issues
3) Reports:
- Monthly Vinataba report
- Quarterly and annually statical report
4) Tax and treasury
- Monthly VAT declaration
- Annually Business Tax
5) Ad hoc
- Support on working with internal audit, external audit, tax…

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Commerce and tax knowledge preferable
- Good knowledge at Financial Accounting,
- SAP system is preferred
- Maintain supportive relationship with other Finance Department and other functional Departments
- Always behave in constructive and professional manner when dealing with internal and external business contacts
