AR/ AP Accountant (Senior)

I - Control Trade payable to Principals
1. Control ZPS's Trade invoices from Principals
- Collect Principals invoices from IC staff for all GRs in the month
- Check supporting documents and book them to SAP system
- Reconcile GR/IR clearing accounts with GRs not yet received invoice
- Reconcile AP balance & Stock end value for Quasi- consignment Principals
2. Control ZPS's payment to Principals
- Check AP report
- Prepare payment forecast for month end report
- Inform Treasury the actual payment amount in month
- Prepare detail payment from ZPS to Principals
- Send the detail payment to Principal to get the confirmation before settle payment
- Clear AP account after making payment to Principals
- Prepare SOA (statement of account) on AP and AR to Principals quarterly
- Follow up SOA (statement of account) and reconcile ZPS's numbers vs. Principals confirmation.

II - Prepare monthly transactions charge to Principals
1. Prepare JV accrue for month end closing
- Exchange gain/loss transactions
- Storage fee, testing fee and other fee
- Stamp fee
- Sample / BN /Tender / Donation/ Testing / other
- Margin difference/Stock revaluation
- Tender, discount
- Stock write off absorb by Principals
- Reconcile free goods
- Issue DNs/ CNs to Principals
- Prepare monthly transactions in soft copy and send to Principals
2. Control AR to Principals
- Push PRN to pay for DN/CN on due
- Follow up & clear AR from PRN for DN/ CN
3. Filing JV
4. Assist AP supervisor if need

University graduated with Finance/ Accounting/ Economics degree
Have 2-5 years working experience at a similar role in AP trade/ AR-AP,...
Good communication in Vietnamese - English
Can work under high pressure
Hardworking and patient
Proficiency in Computer skill (excel, words )
