Mô tả công việc
Lead Revenue Accountant to do AR reconciliation with B2B customer, monitor overdue/ bad debt and drive DSO KPI.
Ensure timely & accurate record of AR movement and Bank reconciliation, Revenue and related account recognition, compared with Finops data
Lead all reconciliation for AR/ Revenue among Operation systems vs. Accounting system --> identify any GAP and come up with recommendation to fix it.
Responsible for making relevant accrual related to Revenue or Payables to Customer which is not yet recognized by above.
Responsible for reviewing and provide for bad debt provision (if any)
Manage Credit Policy and Review Credit Limit for Corporate Customers
Drive the compliance of Sale to Collect process, especially for Corporate customers
Be effective business partner with other departments in daily operations and problem solving related to Revenue
Be responsible for Invoice retention in accordance with law and regulation in a systematic manner
Responsible for periodic Review of Customer Master File to ensure proper Revenue management by Customer group

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Bachelor degree in accounting and finance management or similar fields
At least 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing industry & have work experience in foreign companies
Good knowledge of Vietnam accounting standards and tax Law is required
Good knowledge about accounting and finance, understanding costing, Leadership
Fluent English skills including oral and written
