AR (Accounts Receivable) Supervisor

*Working location: Lot N, Street No.26, Song Than Industrial Zone No.2, Di An District, Binh Duong Province

- Accomplishes accounts receivable human resource objectives by training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions of employees; adhering to policies and procedures.
- Meets accounts receivable operational standards by reviews customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying system improvements.
- Adhering to the organization process guidelines and techniques are associated with HT sales and Export sales, and make sure they are properly implemented.
- Collects accounts by contacting customers; investigating circumstances of non-payment; negotiating and resolving conflicts; expediting payment.
- Assistance to the accounting manager in maintaining policies and procedures across all the sales channels.
- Create/ change customer master data in SAP.
- Follow up the stocks and debts balance of agents; approve for their orders and remind them to pay the due amount.
- Supervise and instruct the working activities of Assistant to Receivable Accountant.
- Monitoring the performance levels of all clients.
- Perform agents’ audits; do stock take, warehouse check and DMS system utilization check.
- Assistance to the period-end closing by submission the accrual for trade spence pending, send ICY reconciliation for related party.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned

- Knowledge: Graduate Finance/ Economic University, major in Finance/ Accounting, at least 3 years-experience at the same position in foreign manufacturing companies. Knowledge of financial/ tax law & legislation.
- Skill: Communication (both oral and written English & Vietnamese), excellent use of Excel, familiar with SAP system or any other Finance/ Accounting System
