Mô tả công việc
1. Perform necessary activities in the Accounts Receivable team to ensure accurate and timely revenue and receivable recognition. Ensure invoices are issued to customers in line with accounting and tax regulation.
2. Monitor AR process, associated accounting issues, propose solution to improve the process day by day.
3. Preparing output VAT, VAT invoice usage report.
4. Prepare and submit provision for bad debt quarterly.
5. Other reports related to AR.
6. Evaluate customer’s credit limit.
7. Setting-up and system testing for e-invoice project and collection project. Will work closely with the support team in India and Singapore to implement these projects. This is a chance to learn and get working experience in International environment.
8. There are opportunities to be rotated to other positions in accounting team.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University graduate in Accounting/ Finance
- At least 03 years experiences Accounting field. Working experience in Big 4 firms and FDI company are preferred.
- Advanced Excel skill.
- Interested in number and accounting system.
- Very Good English written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work under high pressure and complete strict deadlines.
- Able to work as a team and independence.
- Need to have good attitude to cooperate with the team and other function
