Aquaculture Sourcing & Quality Assurance Consultant

This position is primarily held responsible for organizing and implementing activities related to:

 Collect and gather market information weekly
 Support market analysis and consulting assignments
 Publish quarterly Vietnam market reports for shrimp buyers
 Audit seafood processing plants and aquaculture farms
 Advice processing plants and aquaculture farms on implementing quality standards
 Find adapted suppliers and collect offers.
 Inspect containers and supervise loading
 Support the development of our supplier’s database
 Support implementation of traceability and processing management software.

Minimum Educational Requirement:
 BSc. degree in the field of aquaculture processing

Minimum Experience Required:
 At least 1 year in aquaculture processing


Professional Certification Required:
 Quality certification: ISO, HACCP.
 Training on Global G.A.P, ASC, BAP… are an advantage

Language:
 Excellent in both verbal and written Vietnamese
 English communication skills are an advantage
