Australis Aquaculture Vietnam (“AAV”), the world’s leading producer of sustainably farmed barramundi, is seeking an experienced Aquaculture Production Manager (“APM”) to oversee its marine aquaculture operations in Central Vietnam.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
The successful candidate will have:
- 10+ years of large scale aquaculture production experience, including broad expertise in the technical aspects of marine
and land-based aquaculture
- Production management
- Human resource management
- Financial and operational planning and general business operations.
The candidate will lead a team of experienced managers who together are responsible for each area of the production process.
The successful candidate will balance a strong “hands-on” approach with the ability to plan and execute initiatives which sustain continuous operational improvements.
The Aquaculcuture Production Manager will be supported by an experienced administrative team focused on data collection and analysis
- Fluency in English is a must
- Working location: Khanh Hoa Province - Vietnam
