Aqua Plant Manager (Vinh Long Factory)

** Working location: De Heus Vinh Long Factory - Long Ho district, Vinh Long province
The job holder will be in charge of running the manufacturing plant such as manage scheduling, oversee daily operating reports, and plan maintenance routine in order to increase production and operate smoothly by providing leadership and develop strategic plans. He/she will manage all production equipment and facilities, finished products, warehouses and goods belongs to the plant.

1. PRODUCTION SCHEDULE AND OPERATION SUPERVISION
- Plan, organize and manage day-to-day operations on the plant floor.
- Draw up production schedules daily/monthly based upon the orders submitted by Sales Accountant.
- Monitor all operations and processes in the facility
- Control and monitor production output, product quality and on-time delivery are met the standard.
- Ensure the plant is operating according to necessary HSE requirements
2. Maintenance and improvement OF PRODUCTION equipment
- Prevent, identify and handle failures of production equipment effectively.
- Organise the repair and routine maintenance plan of production equipment based on a technical procedure.
- Overview the equipment and spare parts list and plan the equipment purchase to serve maintenance.
- Coordinate with Quality Dept. to optimize the production procedure to meet the customer’s demand and quality standard
- Research and apply to the state-of-the-art production technology
- Allocate human resources to optimize capacity and costs.

3. MANPOWER MANAGEMENT
- Participate in interviewing and selecting candidates, then also train new hires on factory policies and procedures.
- Make training plan ; provide guidance and train line workers performing production tasks.
- Evaluate performance of employees regularly.
- Promote, encourage, comment and reward the best ones based on their performance as well as on company policy.
- Other tasks as assigned by Production Manager.

- At least the college degree in Electrical and Industrial Engineering; Mechanical Engineering or relevant majors.
- 5 years of work experience as Plant Manager, preferred in AQUA/animal feed manufacturing
- Comprehensive understanding and interpretations skills of Auto-Cad drawings; Technical and production skills.
- STRONG MANAGEMENT, LEADERSHIP and Coaching Skills;
- High awareness and understanding of safety and risk policies.
- Understanding and work experience with quality standards like ISO and Global GAP.
- Pro-active and innovative regarding quality and efficiency improvement in Production.
- Good communication skills in both ENGLISH and Vietnamese.
- Able to travel & work under high pressure
