Mô tả công việc
• Process and run customers' samples either at their sites or in the COE lab. Locations of customers in South region include Ho Chi Minh city and Mekong Delta area
• Be proficient in sample processing and GC, LC, GC-MS, LC-MS, GC-MS/MS and LC-MS/MS techniques. Develop applications methods when necessary.
• Understand deeply a wide range of applications, instrument specifications, and customers' needs. Support sales and services when necessary.
• Communicate effectively with Agilent specialists, Agilent certified personnels and colleagues. Contribute to a professional, productive and pleasant workplace.
• Always be ready to learn from customers, colleagues, Agilent specialists, and a highly curated document library.
• Be proficient in sample processing and GC, LC, GC-MS, LC-MS, GC-MS/MS and LC-MS/MS techniques. Develop applications methods when necessary.
• Understand deeply a wide range of applications, instrument specifications, and customers' needs. Support sales and services when necessary.

Specific requirements
• Have bachelor degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or equivalent fields
• Have at least 01 year of experience in analytical labs, with preferences to candidates having a good background in the fields of GC, LC and MS
• Meticulous. Highly analytical. Quick learner. Avid reader. Great communicator.
• Proficiency in English, especially reading documents in English or communicating with Agilent specialists
• Be ready to travel to customers' sites or to training courses abroad.
