Application Specialist ( Kỹ Sư Y Sinh )

- Take responsibility for academic activities in North (Mong Cai to Hue, including Hanoi), sometimes to support South Area in term of national activities
- Ensure consistent brand image improvement through positive action plan
- In charge of all Modality especially Mammo DR
- Understand the purpose of each product / options – able to co-relate to the workflow required by customers
- Understand what customers requesting for, and figure out best (suitable) products / options to offer
- Able to understand the Pros & Cons of each workflow from experience to be able to explain to or convince customers
- Able to advise exposure techniques, positioning
- Take on role of a trainer – both clinically and on product usage
- Discuss image quality with users:
(1) Able to appreciate images:
i. Able to adjust images to users’ expectations. Firstly need to understand what users are saying
ii. No such thing as “one size fit all” for image quality, understanding the differences in preferences helps.
(2) Able to recognize what is the root cause that make negative feedback about image quality
i. The feedback may come by human not only all time by machine
ii. Understand the limitations of the products and explain accordingly
- Any other assigned job duties as per assigned by the management.

• Graduated from Medical-Equipment Technical school, having Modality knowledge, especially Breast Imaging (Mammo) / Bio-Chem experience is preferable
• Age from 25
• At least 3 years working in Medical equipment business
• Prefer working experience as radiographer in hospital

Other special requirements:
• Self-learning / self-developing is most referable
• Willing to work with pressure
• “Alone Wolf” spirit is referable
• Willing to travel
