Application Project Manager

 Assist to manage overall project and coordinate with other IT functional team to align technical part
 Responsible for analyzing, designing and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions based on the customer specifications and business needs.
 Document solution at high-level and low level design for proposal and implementation
 Participate in vendor selection process including: requirements gathering, RFQ issuance, vendor evaluation, procurement, etc
 Following IT policy SDLC to drive and manage project and testing, drives end-to-end technical solutions deployment, monitor and control the deployment is in scope and within baseline, ensure end user’s agreement with deliverables
 Ensures alignment, coordination and communication to the business and IT for all deliverables and key metrics consistent with input/direction from the affected project managers.
 Play the role as the bridge between internal & external system professionals and the business users.
 Liaise with technical partners on interface issues with the telecommunication networks
 Escalate issues as per severity level and information to all concerns.
 Other duties and tasks are assigned according to the production and business demand of the Company

Qualifications & Experience
 College Degree in Computer Sciences or Telecom engineering
 At least 5 years if experience on ICT application architect, system integration, project management
Knowledge and Skills
 Ability to drive process changes and problem resolution via matrix partner relationships
 Ability to manage the project
 Good presentation and writing skills in Vietnamese and English.
 Demonstrable knowledge and experience of Solution Architect/Technical Project Manager
 Strong problem solving and analytical skills, with the ability to drive critical incidents to resolution.
 Telecom knowledge is a great asset.
