Application Operations - Online Channel

1. Maintain the health of the application, helpdesk support and application support
2. Maintain application SLAs of system availability to business unit
3. Troubleshoot and resolve issues within a timely manner against SLA requirements
4. Supervise and operate Online channel system ( PC Web, Mobile Web, Mobile App)
5. Support to analyze / deploy projects and requests for changes on the online channel from users
6. Export report data as required from business units
7. Receive, analyze, handle service requests, notify the incident of consumer finance system from users
8. Communicate issues, solutions and requirements to both technical and non-technical Teams as required
9. Write and maintain technical documentation for operation
10. Keeping management informed of trouble spots in advance before major problems occur, and proposing cost-effective solutions
11. Work closely with Infrustructure Teams to assist in application,build the continous system and high availiabity

1. At least 3 years of experience in Application Operation or Software Deployment (Outsource company);
2. Extensive experience in financial domain is plus
3. Hardware and software knowledge, Linux experience
4. Experience in UI/UX
5. Experience in Java language
6. Deep know how about the SOA Architecture, Web service, Microservice architecture
7. Experience , integrating and managing complex integration solutions
8. Good knowledge of web programming (HTML, Javascript, CSS) or mobile (iOS / Android)
9. Knowledge and experience of Internet Banking, Mobile Banking
10. Problem-solving and good analytical skills
11. Communication, teamwork and negotiation skills
12. Familiarity with the main data manipulation languages and the principles of database design
13. The ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure
