Application Operations - ERP & Reporting

1. Maintain the health of the application, helpdesk support and application support
2. Maintain application SLAs of system availability to business unit
3. Troubleshoot and resolve issues within a timely manner against SLA requirements
4. Supervise and operate Enterprise Resource Planning (SAP) and SBV Reporting System
5. Support to analyze / deploy projects and requests for changes on the ERP/SBV Reporting from users
6. Export report data as required from business units
7. Receive, analyze, handle service requests, notify the incident of ERP/SBV Reporting from users
8. Communicate issues, solutions and requirements to both technical and non-technical Teams as required
9. Write and maintain technical documentation for operation
10. Keeping management informed of trouble spots in advance before major problems occur, and proposing cost-effective solutions
11. Work closely with Infrustructure Teams to assist in application,build the continous system and high availiabity
12. Report data and information as required

1. At least 3 years of experience in Application Operation or Software Deployment (Outsource company);
2. Priority to have experience working with SAP - ERP deployment projects at large enterprises, companies with mother - child models
3. Knowledge of accounting and finance
4. Experience in using query language (SQL)
5. Experience in using ETL tool
6. Problem-solving and good analytical skills
7. Communication, teamwork and negotiation skills
8. Familiarity with the main data manipulation languages and the principles of database design
9. The ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure
10. A willingness to keep up to date with developments in new technology
11. A commitment to continuing professional development
